Science Post: Tide Pools
Tide pools, also known as rock pools, are shallow pools of saltwater that form on the rocky inter tidal shores. Tide pools have their uses, expecually for the plants and animals that live there. Some animals that benefit and live in tide pools are crabs, starfish, barnacles, and Anemone. These fish and many more depend on the tide to bring in or bring out food or plants so that the sea creatures can eat. The tide pool are necessary for their survival. that is why the tide pools are important to nature and the ecosystem.
