CATS

Today in science I learned about cats, so today I shall write a little bit about cats.

Here are some information on wildcats:

Wildcats are like cats but out in the wilderness. The Wildcat is a small cat native to Africa, Europe, the  Southwest, and central Asia. Wild cats are born into the wild, expected to be trained so they can do things on their own like hunting, killing, and how to be a mother or father.

Wildcats are so adaptable that they can be found in almost every habitat within their range. They can be seen in deserts, grasslands, and dry and mixed forests.

Wild cats are amazing at hunting, its sort of what they are known for. Since day one, wild cats are trained to be stealthy hunters. Their diet consists of fish, bird, eggs, grass stalks, and nuts. The Wild cats in west Africa eat all sorts of rodents like mice, rats, gerbils, hares, and lizards.

Here are some information about domestic cats:

Domestic cats are small, furry cats. Domestic cats are generally known as House pets. House pets are known for doing nothing all day but just laying there on the furniture.

A Domestic cats habitat is generally the house their owner lives in. A domestic cats diet is usually the food that their owners give them, so like cat food from the store that comes in  a huge bag. Domestic cats love to be petted, and when they are happy, they purr. When cats purr, that means that they are happy. The most sound a cat makes is the purring sound.
