Audio Series #3
In the 3rd Audio CD, the speaker starts out the CD talking about Moses and how some people think that he got the Ten Commandments from a person named Hemrabi. As the speaker goes on, she explains how king Nebuchadnezzar had a very bizarre dream that he himself could not explain. So the king told his servants that he wanted someone to find out what it meant, and if not, he would kill them. Eventually, Daniel is told about this and that night Daniel had the same dream that the king had. The next day, Daniel goes to the king to tell the king about his bizarre dream. Later on, king Nebuchadnezzar decides to make a statue about himself made out of pure gold that stood 90 ft tall.
When the statue was finished with construction, the king made up a new rule that when a certain song or rythem was made, everyone had to bow down the the massive statue. One day when everyone was supposed to be bowing down, 3 men named Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow down. This resulted in them being thrown into a furnace so hat that the soldiers that threw them in died because of the hotness. While the 3 men were in the furnace, they were not catching on fire. Later on in the video, she talked about the Persian Empire and Alexander the Great. This by far was the best CD yet. It had so much information and it was a blast listing to it.
