        Who was Jackie Robinson? Jackie Robinson was the first African American to play in the Major League of Baseball (MLB) in the modern era. 

         What did Jackie Robinson do? Jackie played second basemen, first basemen, and infielder. 

         When was Jackie Robinson born? Jackie was born January 31st, 1919 in Cairo, GA. He died in October 24th 1972 in North Stamford, CT. 

         Where did Jackie Robinson play Baseball at? He played baseball for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947.

         Why did Jackie Robinson decide to play Baseball? Pretty much playing Baseball his entire life, Jackie Robinson was a very good Baseball player, and when the Dodgers decided to sign him, his dream came true.

      Today, my family and I watched a very emotional and inspirational movie called 42. This movie goes through Jackie Robinson's career and life and how unfair African Americans were treated back then. I found this movie very inspirational because I liked how Jackie Robinson never gave up even though he went thru some horrible things through his career.
