Science Post: Clouds

These clouds are known for being very fluffy, kind of  like a cotton ball. These clods also have flat bases which I find pretty cool. These clouds bring little to non precipitation. The maximum altitude that these clouds reach is about 3,300 feet. 

Stratus Cloud:
Image result for stratus cloudsThis cloud is a low level cloud that can almost look like fog. These clouds are usually pretty dark clouds. They are pretty thin clouds compared to the Cumulus cloud.

These clouds are very thin and amazing. Though they are very hard to detect them, they are known for creating halo's when in the right position. These clouds are also known for creating some pretty amazing shapes in the sky. 

Cirrus Clouds:
Image result for cirrus cloudsThe Cirrus Clouds are very thin, wispy, and are not very compacted. These clouds are composed of ice crystals that originate from freezing water drops. They are usually found in thin white strips.
