How would you define Sacraments in your own words?

A sacrament is an act of an outward representation of your inner faith.

What is a sign in the context of sacraments?

Some signs as a sacrament include baptism and communion. These can be seen as an outward profession of faith.  
What is a seal?

A seal is Gods imprint on the ones he chooses.

Are the sacraments instructions of grace and spiritual blessing?

Yes. sacraments are from God to remind us of his love and grace.
What do the sacraments do?

They separate who is saved and who is not saved.
Does baptism make a person a Christian?

No, baptism does not make a person a Christian. 


Is the Lord's Supper essentially a memorial of His death?

No, the Lord's supper is not a memorial of His death.
Are the bread and wine the body and blood of Christ? If not what are they? 

No, the bread and wine are not actually Jesus' body and blood, they are only a representation of Jesus' body and blood.
