     In the Myers-Briggs typing system, each type has jobs and careers that fit well with your type. I, being an ISTP, had some very cool choices; one of them being the job of an athlete. 

     Even though there are tons of sports to play all around the world, there are only two that I would like to play. Those two sports would be Football and Disc Golf. Both of them seem very fun to play, but it also takes a ton of work and dedication in order to achieve your goal. 

     Football would hands down be my first choice since football is one of my favorite sports to play and watch. Even though football has its highs, it also has its many lows. Playing football professionally and in college can really wear out your body, and the many, many injuries really take a toll on yourself. There are, though, certain positions that aren't as dangerous. 

      If I were to play professionally, I would play the position of a wide receiver. Playing wide receiver is my favorite position to be because catching the ball is my favorite part of football, and that is what the wide receiver does.

     The salary for a rookie that just got in the NFL is usually $420,000 a year. A high valued player can usually make around $1,000,000 per year, but few players can make more than $20,000,000 per year! This is hands down an amazing pay just for playing a sport.

     Disc Golf would be my second choice out of the many sports that you can play when being an athlete. I have been playing Disc Golf seriously for about 2-3 years, and I love it. My brother and I have played in a couple tournaments and they are super fun. 

     You really can’t get hurt while playing Disc Golf because all you are doing is throwing discs toward the basket in the least amount of strokes. So theoretically, there is really no risk of getting hurt unless the disc gets thrown at you, but that hardly even hurts.

    The salary of a disc golf player really depends on if he or she plays in any tournaments that you can earn money in. The highest paid player earned around $71,000 per year and his name is Paul Mcbeth. That is, of course, because he is the best disc golf player that is currently living. Other disc golf players won't be as good, so it's smart to only have disc golf as a hobby and not as a main job.

     In conclusion, I think that you should like and have fun with your job. That is why I have chosen these two careers. They also seem very challenging, which is something that I like. I think you should research different careers to make sure that the one you want to do suites your personality.
